The Caffey Distributing Sales team directly services over 2400 accounts across Piedmont Triad. We pride ourselves on cultivating strong relationships with our customer partners by focusing on providing quality products, reliable service, and personal investment in their business. Doing this allows us to become the preferred beverage distributor of choice. Our sales team consists of three divisions that specialize in different segments of our customer base.
Operations
Operations
The Operations team at Caffey Distributing is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments with our supplier partners, ensuring quality, and building orders for our retail customers. First and second shift employees will operate equipment such as a forklift, walkie rider, and electric pallet jack. They are expected to safely operate equipment and maintain high-quality standards using FIFO and order weight verification.
Delivery
Delivery
The Delivery team at Caffey Distributing is responsible for representing the company in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service. The Driver operates a vehicle provided for their usage which requires a CDL A / B License. These vehicles range from a 10 Bay Truck to an 18 Bay Tandem or a 48 ft Tractor Trailer. The Driver will operate equipment such as a hand truck, electric pallet jack, etc. They maintain a friendly, working relationship with all our customers. They are expected to safely deliver products to their specified accounts and stocks all our products according to the type of account they are delivering to. This can be a Grocery Store / Convenience Store where they stock shelves and displays while maintaining the backstock area, or a Bar / Restaurant where we deliver kegs to.
